Soul4Space ("We", "Our", "Us") is a premier digital art collection presented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum blockchain. This platform serves as a gateway for trading these collectibles. Users ("You", "Your") are urged to secure and manage their private Ethereum wallets diligently. Every transaction executed is irreversible.

Soul4Space is a meticulously curated collection of digital artworks, represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum blockchain. This platform is designed to provide users with a seamless experience in acquiring and trading these digital treasures. It's important to note that users bear the responsibility of securely managing their private Ethereum wallets and verifying all transactions before approval.

As the Soul4Space smart contract operates on the Ethereum network, transactions are irreversible. This platform and its associated services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties. By using this platform, you acknowledge your sole responsibility for all transactions involving Soul4Space digital collectibles.

Absolute Ownership of the NFT:

Each Soul4Space NFT represents a unique digital artwork stored securely on the Ethereum blockchain. When you acquire an NFT, you obtain complete ownership of the underlying digital masterpiece. Ownership is exclusively governed by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network. Importantly, at no point can we seize, freeze or modify the ownership of any Soul4Space NFT.

Personal Use:

In compliance with these Terms, Soul4Space grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy and display the purchased NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes displaying the NFT within marketplaces that protect NFT owners' rights.

Commercial Use:

In accordance with these Terms, Soul4Space also grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy and display the purchased NFT for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the original artwork ("Commercial Use"). This includes the creation and sale of merchandise featuring copies of the artwork. Notably, these Terms do not restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that allows the use and sale of Soul4Space NFTs in general, provided that the marketplace verifies each NFT owner's rights to display the artwork; (ii) owning or operating a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement or participation of Soul4Space NFTs in general, provided that the third-party website or application verifies each NFT owner's rights to display the artwork and the artwork is no longer visible once the owner leaves the website/application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the aforementioned activities.

Transparent Minting:

For the sake of transparency and professionalism, this guideline, titled "**Rights Granted to Soul4Space NFTs," will be minted as an NFT labeled "Not for Use of Sale." This initiative ensures our entire community can directly verify the rights associated with their NFTs on the blockchain. Additionally, Soul4Space has the potential to license its own prints or sell its merchandise but will not mint these for sale as NFTs.

Own:

You have unequivocal ownership of your Soul4Space NFT, protected by the Ethereum Network and the Smart Contract. Ownership cannot be altered, modified or frozen.

Resell:

You retain the right to resell your NFT, after your purchase as the collector directly from Soul4Space using the "Make an offer" feature and subject to booking a 1/1 tour in the primary art market. Once you own this, you'll be able to resell directly to the open and global market of the secondary markets. Resales are restricted to the original NFTs sold on Soul4Space platforms such as Foundation.app or Opensea.io.

Display:

You are free to display your NFT for personal, non-commercial use or within approved marketplaces that protect NFT owners' rights. Transfer NFT: You have the capability to transfer NFTs to other compatible wallets and platforms.

Interact:

You can experience interactive features, such as those offered by spatial.io, where you can engage with your NFTs and share experiences.

Primary Market:

Soul4Space NFTs are available exclusively on opensea.io or foundation.app with the "Make an offer" feature directly with Soul4Space.

Secondary Market:

Resales are limited to the original NFTs sold either on opensea.io or foundation.app with options from the art collector in which they are subject to sell with options, buy at a fixed price, make an offer, auction or transfer to another Web3 wallet.

Exclusive Tours:

Embark on immersive avatar-led tours of our metaverse art gallery on spatial.io, personally guided by our founder.

Soul4Xclusives:

Explore a world where Jeshu Brewer, our solo artist, creates digital commission NFTs exclusively for our "Astronaut" tier, inspired by your imagination. These transcend art to become a legacy, exclusively available to our Astronaut art collectors.

Soul4Space also includes an additional unique selling point for which each ERC-721 token holder enjoys both Standard and Premium Commercial Rights made to the specifications of the NFT Astronaut holder working directly with our solo artist.

Pricing:

Soul4Space maintains transparency through a tiered pricing structure, offering distinct benefits for each tier.

Royalties:

All royalties will be paid to the Soul4Space.eth wallet, built into the contract of the NFT. Soul4Space implements a "Make an offer" mechanism on ERC-721 for the primary art market and avatar-led tours in our Metaverse:

Foundation.app, with its escrow and ETH payments, incurs a 10% royalty fee. Opensea.io, offering USDC alternatives and wrapped Ethereum but no escrow, imposes a 2.5% royalty fee. Opensea.io has recently updated where you can choose to give Soul4Space the royalty or not as Foundation.app keeps it the same with Royalties.

Original Artworks:

Soul4Space takes pride in its founder's exclusive artworks, crafted with the utmost care by Jeshu Brewer.

Universal Rights:

Regardless of tier, every ERC-721 token holder enjoys both Standard and Premium Commercial Rights.

Tailored NFTs:

Commission personalised creations that bring your imagination to life.

Future NFT Exhibits:

Soul4Space plans to host exclusive exhibitions with our sponsors and partners in metaverse auctions on foundation.app.

Contributions to Charitable Causes:

Participate in metaverse auctions on foundation.app, directly supporting charitable causes through blockchain transactions.

Contributions to charitable causes are directed to blockchain wallet addresses shared with Soul4Space.eth.

Collaborate with our esteemed partners and sponsors.

Exclusive Access:

Achieve "Astronaut" status by surpassing specified thresholds, unlocking exclusive privileges detailed at www.soul4space.space.
